feat: add optional workspace logos and color badges to browser tabs - #11034

Motivation

Organizations managing multiple Huly workspaces often keep several
workspaces open in browser tabs. Distinct tab icons can help users
identify the right workspace at a glance.

This change lets workspace owners choose between their workspace logo
and the original Huly icon according to their visual preferences.
An optional identification color also helps distinguish workspaces,
including those sharing the same logo.

Changes

• Add two independent, opt-in settings under workspace General settings:
  • Sync the workspace logo with the browser tab icon.
  • Show an identification color badge.
• Keep both options disabled by default.
• Derive the default identification color from the workspace logo,
  with a manual color picker and an integrated “Default” button.
• Overlay the badge in the bottom-right corner without shrinking or
  repositioning the base logo. Stored logo assets remain unchanged.
• Follow the existing owner-only General settings UI permissions.
• Update open workspace tabs when settings change and restore the
  original favicon when customization is disabled.
• Provide translations for all 14 existing settings locales.

Validation

• Seven focused Jest tests passed.
• Strict TypeScript checking passed for the favicon renderer.
• Native Huly settings flows verified in Chrome and Firefox, including
  persistence, reset behavior, and compact layout.
• Renderer checks passed in Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
• Pixel comparisons at 16px and 32px confirmed the base logo remains
  unchanged outside the badge comparison region.

Testing used a local Huly v0.7.426 environment. Full production builds
and the complete repository test suite were not run.

Full-page WebKit testing on Windows was blocked before login by an
existing AudioContext error in the sound module. Actual Safari tab-bar
rendering on macOS remains unverified.
